Erasmus+ ΚΑ1 (Italy)

Our school, continuing the implementation of the educational program ERASMUS KA1, participated in another educational activity. Dimitrios Dimitriadis, teacher of literature and language, attended from September 21 to September 25, 2015 a seminar on "Complex Learning with Social Networks" (https://courseslc.wordpress.com/ courses/complex-learning), held in Rome, Italy (http://www.learningcom.it), within the broader educational program "Digital Literacy in the Digital Classroom". In his five-day stay, he had the opportunity to become familiarized with the abilities offered by adapting the use of Internet technology in working-groups learning theories and distribution of roles within the group (Collaborative Learning Theories and Group Dynamics). The integration of various social media (e.g., Google, Facebook, Youtube, Scribd, Slideshare, Wiki, etc.) into group-collaboration teaching practices, makes the role of the teacher subtly guiding and learning outcomes resulting from the students themselves who work in groups and learn "how to learn", outside and beyond any limitation of time and space.
